Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Welling and Pre-School is a privately owned nursery situated near the heart of Welling town centre at 73 Upper Wickham Lane, Welling, DA16 3AF.
Our location makes us well perfect for serving families in the London Borough of Bexley.
Monkey Puzzle Welling, alongside Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath, is owned by mother and father of two, Jenny and Parv Choudhury and offers a home-from-home environment, where children are able to prosper and learn. We are part of an award-winning nursery group, offering high-quality childcare in our specially equipped nursery for children aged three months to five years old.
Adding to this, we tailor our care to suit your child’s age. We achieve this by placing children into the following age categories: babies aged 3 to 18months, tweenies aged 18 months to 2 1/2 years, mini-preschoolers ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old. and lastly preschool aged 3 1/2 to school age.
Due to our learning spaces being equipped especially for our four age groups, we are able to provide that home-from-home feel.

🤩 The children incorporated the same rules as a game they have played previously and included the theme of the month to encourage fairy tales. They used their literacy and mathematic skills, taking turns to become the superhero and demonstrating great teamwork! 🦸♀️📖

Today at our nursery in Welling, our children had a fun and educational experience with a transporting challenge. The children were split into two teams, with one team loading trucks with beads based on number recognition skills, and the other team moving the trucks to empty the beads into a box.
This activity not only helped the children practice their number recognition skills but also encouraged teamwork and cooperation. By working together, the children were able to successfully complete the challenge and learn valuable lessons about collaboration and problem-solving.
It's amazing to see how engaged and excited our children are when they are presented with hands-on learning opportunities like this. We are proud to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where our children can learn and grow in a fun and interactive way. At our nursery in Welling, our children had an amazing time participating in a "save the super heroes" activity today! They used their hand-eye coordination and independence to free the heroes from the evil tape in the tuff tray. Today at our nursery in Welling, our babies had an amazing trip to Bexleyheath library! 📚🚌
They got to experience a new mode of transportation as they travelled to the library by bus. Along the way, they were able to point and babble at the different things they saw out the window, stimulating their curiosity and language development.
Once at the library, the children were delighted by the vast variety of stories and books available to them. They had the opportunity to explore different genres and themes, sparking their imaginations and love for reading.
